1. Shipping Areas
Frioxpew proudly ships orders from our fulfillment location at 5281 Questa Dr, Abilene, TX 79605, United States. At the present time, we support delivery to two destinations: the United States and Panama.
Customers within the United States can enjoy fast and reliable shipping from our Texas location to all states nationwide. In addition, we are pleased to confirm that Frioxpew now officially provides international delivery to Panama, ensuring that our products reach customers there directly from our U.S. address.
Please note that while we work hard to cover as many locations as possible, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
2. Shipping Costs
At Frioxpew, we strive to keep shipping fees clear and reasonable for all customers.
For orders delivered within the United States, we charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99. To make shopping even more convenient for our U.S. customers, we also offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $89.00.
For customers in Panama, every order is shipped directly from our facility at 5281 Questa Dr, Abilene, TX 79605 to your address in Panama for a flat rate of $9.99. Please note that free shipping is not available for Panama orders at this time, but the rate is fixed and transparent so you always know the cost upfront.
Whether your order is being shipped to the United States or Panama, you can rest assured that there are no additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees. The total amount you see at checkout is the final price you will pay—there will be no hidden costs added upon delivery.
3. Processing Time & Delivery
All orders at Frioxpew are fulfilled directly from our U.S. facility located at 5281 Questa Dr, Abilene, TX 79605. To ensure you receive your items quickly and reliably, we divide our order handling into two clear stages:
First is the Processing Time, which typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the U.S.). During this time, your order is confirmed, quality-checked, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment.
Once the processing stage is complete, your order enters the Transit Time stage. For shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days. For shipments to Panama, the package is shipped internationally from our Texas facility and typically arrives within 10–12 business days.
We also follow a daily Order Cut-Off Time at 2:00 PM (CST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeline Examples
To give you a clearer idea of how our shipping timelines work, here are two common scenarios:
U.S. Example:
If you place your order on a Monday at 3:00 PM (CST), it will be processed starting Tuesday. Packing and preparation typically take 1–2 business days. After that, the carrier will deliver your order within 4–6 business days. This means you can expect to receive your package by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Panama Example:
If you place your order on a Monday at 10:00 AM (CST), we will begin processing and packing that same day and complete it by Tuesday. From there, your package is shipped internationally from our Texas facility and usually arrives in 10–12 business days, meaning you can expect delivery during the second week after placing your order.
5. Track Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes:

A unique tracking number assigned to your package.

A direct link to the carrier’s tracking system, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time from our facility in Abilene, Texas to your address in either the U.S. or Panama.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after you receive the confirmation email.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
We take great care to package your items securely for safe delivery, whether the shipment is domestic or international. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage to both the product and the shipping box. Once reviewed, we will quickly provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your package is lost, we have clear timelines in place to protect our customers:

For U.S. orders: If your package has not arrived after 14 business days.

For Panama orders: If your package has not arrived after 20 business days.
In both cases, if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately. Once the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Because we work to fulfill orders quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been handed over to the carrier (i.e. you have received a tracking number), we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the product.
