1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
At Frioxpew, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing fabric-based apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, and accessories. To ensure fairness and product integrity, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Customers must initiate their return request within 90 days from the date of delivery. Any request made after this timeframe will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
The product must remain in its original condition. This means that the item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, or any visible signs of use. Because our products are made of fabric, even minimal wear or laundering can affect their condition, and for that reason, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Additionally, all returns must include the original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories that were attached to the garment at the time of purchase. To complete the process, customers must also provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase so our team can verify the order.
2. Return Scenarios
A. Returns Due to Frioxpew’s Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item)
Frioxpew takes full responsibility when an issue occurs on our side. If your product arrives damaged during transit — such as fabric tears, noticeable stains, or other visible flaws caused by shipping — or if it contains a manufacturing defect like faulty stitching, a misprint, or structural fabric errors, the product will qualify for a return under this category. Likewise, if we send you the wrong product, size, or color compared to your order confirmation, this also counts as our fault.
In these cases, returning your item is completely free of charge. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to make the return process simple and convenient. Once your return is received, you may choose whether to receive a brand-new replacement item (if available) or a full refund, which will also include reimbursement of your original shipping fee.
B. Returns Due to Customer’s Preference (Change of Mind, Size Does Not Fit, or No Longer Needed)
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you envisioned, even if it is in perfect condition. For example, the size may not fit, your style preferences may change, or you may simply decide you no longer need the item. In these situations, you may still return the product to us as long as it is unused and meets the general conditions for acceptance.
However, please note that in cases where the return is based solely on personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and taking care to package the product securely to prevent any damage during its journey back to us. Once we receive and carefully inspect the returned item to confirm that it remains intact and in resellable condition, we will proceed to issue a refund for the value of the product. Please be aware that in these cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
While we strive to make our return process as flexible as possible, there are certain categories of products that cannot be returned. Gift cards are considered final purchases and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Similarly, final sale items — clearly marked as such at the time of purchase — are excluded from returns.
Furthermore, because our products are made from fabric, we cannot accept returns of apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise damaged by the customer. This ensures that every customer always receives apparel that is fresh, clean, and of the highest quality when shopping with Frioxpew.
4. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, the process is simple but must be followed carefully to ensure your request is handled quickly. In your email, please include your order number, a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return, and if the item is defective or damaged, clear photos or videos showing the issue. This helps us verify your case without delay.
After we receive your request, our support team will review it within 1–2 business days. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective item or wrong delivery, you will also receive a prepaid shipping label so that you can send the product back without incurring any cost.
When preparing your package for return, please make sure the item is placed in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. It should be packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. 5. Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive the returned product at our facility in Texas, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After verification, we commit to initiating your refund within five (5) business days.
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card or PayPal, the amount will be returned directly to that account. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless you specifically request this option.
To keep you informed, we will also send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Restocking Fee
At Frioxpew, we value transparency and fairness. That is why we guarantee that no restocking fees will ever be charged for eligible returns. The full amount of your refund, minus any applicable shipping costs (if the return is not due to our fault), will always be returned to you.
7. Market Applicability
This Refund & Returns Policy is fully applicable to customers in both the United States and Panama. Regardless of where you are located, all returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse in Abilene, Texas.
For U.S. customers, return shipping times are generally short. For Panama customers, please note that because returns are international, it may take longer—typically 10 to 12 business days—for the package to arrive at our facility. However, once we receive and inspect the item, the refund process remains the same for both markets. There are no additional customs duties, taxes, or re-import fees charged to customers in Panama, ensuring that the return experience is as straightforward as it is for customers in the United States.
